A deposit of €300 (£200 or US $400) is required at time of reservation. Reservations are not accepted and committed until a deposit has been received. The deposit is kept as a security deposit until after the end of the rental and return of the keys.The balance of your rental payment is due 30 days prior to occupancy date. Prices are for this 1 bedroom apartment sleeping up to 4 people. All Linen and towels provided. Cleaning and linen change once a week.
